About Membership
There are two types of membership: School District and Associate.
School District Membership
SSDA is a professional organization that continues to be a strong voice and an effective advocate for the needs and interests of small school districts (under 5000 ADA) throughout the state of California. SSDA has assisted many small school districts with school bus replacement procedures, site block grants, deferred maintenance hardship grants, and school facility modernization projects. Associate Membership
School district membership enrollment includes the superintendent and his/her board of education members. Associate membership is available to businesses and associations providing services that assist small districts in a variety of areas ranging from building construction to legal personnel issues.
