The SSDA hosts several events throughout the year from an Annual Conference to education workshops. These events provide and atmosphere for the growth and progression of the small school districts, associates and board members. Of all the small school districts within the state of California, 75% attend and participate in these events as active participants in the goals of the SSDA.
SSDA Annual Conference
The SSDA Annual Conference takes place every year in Sacramento during the last week of March. This hub of small school district activities provides valuable opportunities for SSDA members to learn about best practices, experience new services and products, and network with each other. The two and a half day conference features activities such as 40-50 Workshop sessions on current issues, an exciting trade show with prizes, and a fun and relaxing "Monte Carlo Night" with your peers. This informative and innovative conference has delighted its members ever since it began in 1983!
